Online Physiotherapy Consultation
The initial appointment lasts 30-45 minutes in duration and costs £45.
We will take a detailed history of your symptoms and discuss what you would like to achieve from your appointment. During your video consultation, we will ask you to demonstrate some movements and carry out some special tests. At the end of your appointment, we will discuss your diagnosis. We will create a custom exercise program for you to access.
Online Physiotherapy Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments last up to 30 minutes and cost £35.
Your therapist will be able to discuss your progress and how you have been carrying out your recommended program. You may be asked to demonstrate more movements. We will update your program if needed.
How to book an Online Physio Appointment?
You can book an appointment on our online booking service here.
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow with a link to fill in an online medical screening form.
On the day of your appointment, we will send you a video link to follow for your appointment.
Online Exercise Rehabilitation Plan
We have a comprehensive library of rehabilitation videos and images. During your appointment, your therapist will share their screen with you to talk you through your exercises. They will then put an exercise program together for you. It will include the repetitions, sets, and frequency for each exercise in your email. You can comment and give feedback on your exercises between appointments. The more information we receive, the more we can tailor your exercises to you.
Is Online Physiotherapy covered by private medical insurance?
We are covered by most major medical insurers. All of these insurance companies have agreed to cover the price of Online Physiotherapy Appointments.
What should I wear?
We recommend that you bring some loose clothing that you are free to move in. This enables your Physiotherapist to see the area of treatment. For issues from the hip down, please bring shorts or leggings. If you have a sports-related injury, please bring the attire that you would wear during these activities.
